Find today's orders
In Shopify admin open Orders and filter by the tag railway. Add station:vapi or station:valsad for one counter, and date:2026-09-03 style tags for one day. Sort by the arrival time in the order note.
Read the order
Every railway order carries the journey in its attributes and its note: station, train number, coach, seats, arrival time, PNR and the passenger's phone. The board code is on each line item. Cook to the board code, pack, and be on the platform five minutes before arrival.
A late train
Hold the parcel. Call the passenger on the number in the order. Do not cook a second time.
An order inside the 45 minute window
These arrive tagged window-breached and needs-review and go to head office, not the counter. Refund in full from the order page and call the passenger.
No WhatsApp alert
Check the orders list in the admin first, the order is there even if the message is not. Then check the routing service log. The backup number gets the message if the primary fails.
Turn a dish off for the day
Open the product, set the metafield Available today to off, save. It leaves the ordering module at once and stays on the board with an off today mark.

Shopify admin માં Orders ખોલો અને railway ટેગથી ફિલ્ટર કરો. Vapi માટે station:vapi, Valsad માટે station:valsad. દરેક ઓર્ડરમાં ટ્રેન નંબર, કોચ, સીટ, પહોંચવાનો સમય, PNR અને મુસાફરનો ફોન નંબર છે. બોર્ડ કોડ મુજબ બનાવો, પેક કરો અને પહોંચવાના પાંચ મિનિટ પહેલાં પ્લેટફોર્મ પર પહોંચો.
ટ્રેન મોડી હોય તો પાર્સલ સાચવી રાખો અને મુસાફરને ફોન કરો. window-breached ટેગવાળા ઓર્ડર હેડ ઓફિસે જાય છે, પૂરું રિફંડ આપો અને ફોન કરો. WhatsApp સંદેશ ન આવે તો પહેલાં admin માં ઓર્ડર જુઓ. કોઈ વાનગી આજે બંધ કરવી હોય તો પ્રોડક્ટ ખોલી Available today બંધ કરો.
